Great lessons ….easy to understand speech and dialogue.
I am really enjoying using this app, I like the fact that I can hear what I sound like, I can go over the sentence until I feel like it sounds better and it’s a good motivator. I also like the fact that I can do it at my own pace, and it’s easy to understand.

Great learning app
Very good app to learn Chinese
!!!Encountered a critical error that won’t let me past. I’m stuck on 1-13 on free version. Normally you have to do the free trial of next part of lesson then it asks if you want to upgrade or not and if not it would unlock 1-14. However this isn’t happening. I even repeated 1-13 and the trial again. I’ve updated the app to the latest version and restarted the phone. So I can’t use the app anymore!!!—————————————————————————— Pumping up to 3 stars for the Dev getting back to me about everything. Refining my review to reflect. Came from HelloChinese which was good but free limited to HSK2. So far this app is ok, they don’t always have English translations on each question, sometimes they do, sometimes you have to click a button to fetch a translation which requires an active internet connection. Some of the recordings of “是” are correct, but most pronounce it as “shee”. “丽丽” is pronounced as “Lidi” sometimes. Maybe AI shouldn’t do the pronunciations but should only be used for creating dynamic instruction specific for each user how they’re understanding. The pinyin for 谁 is shei not shui… Dev says both are right, while I’ve not heard shui for it, there are 57 ish dialects in China, I’ve been to maybe 7 provinces and heard very different Chinese for sure, but I think the pronunciations should be consistent like other apps. However, I do see a case for things like Nali and Nar, panzi and par etc. Every time I click on the menu while in a lesson, the app freezes and I have to crash it. Also reproducible by clicking with two fingers at once on accident. Also the audio balance is super wack. One question will be super quiet, the next one super loud. It’s random so either I go deaf from the success beep or can’t hear them talking. Sometimes says “gui” instead of “hui” for “回”
