Superlocal: Map Your Places

I’ve tried Superlocal twice, and recently have had it installed for months, hoping a patch would fix the major errors. Despite the developers promising fixes, I have never had accurate location tracking. It doesn’t have continuity, just random patches of locations. It is laggy and hard to use, which combined with the failure of the apps basic functionality, ruins the experience. I do not recommend this app, ever. If they haven’t fixed it in two years, they won’t fix it ever.

This app is so easy to use. It’s fun because it is mapping out all the places I’ve been, which allows me to see and remember the experiences I’ve had in each place. And the beautiful people I’ve met along the way!

I love the idea of this app. I think it’s a phenomenal concept. However this app needs some serious debugging. Looking at your map is practically impossible because it can never fully load where you’ve been - which is kind of the whole point of the app. I’ll be here waiting for it to get better. But to ask for money monthly is kinda crazy for such a lackluster app. I can’t wait to see the map function properly in the future.

Good idea for an app! Behaves very well. The main issue is that (unintentional or not) it just deletes all your fog and progress, then signs you out. When you go back to login, everything’s gone.

Hasn’t worked right since I got it. When you click on places it brings up a blank black menu. Recent update wiped me completely out and took away all the traveling and reset my account back to level 2. Reset the fog. Deleted it and won’t put it back on. Useless app.

cool app concept but do i really need 3 prompts to spend money

There was a major update recently and I thought it lost all my data. I emailed support and the CEO got back directly to me to help. Everything has been awesome and it’s been super fun to see where I have been!

The concept is lovely and can be lots of fun with friends, but the app is bugged the interface is unclear and confusing…

I love the concept of this app and when it works its great. This is a newer app so it does suffer issues from time to time but by using this app for over a year or so now iv noticed that they do fix things relatively quickly. If ur having issues wait a couple days and their is usually an update to fix it. Help the devs out and send an email to their support with ur issues, they are responsive and will fix it. Iv used apps were i have issues for months and support never replies. They get 5 stars from me simply because of this.

They say that they respond within 15 minutes and I am Trying to contact them with all possible ways without getting any response
