Battery said I had 4.2 hours but stopped after 20 minutes

Keeps stopping. Runs out of battery, and the range in which you are allowed to travel is tiny so for 4 euro a ride, its really not worth it

Not clear where to park the scooter to finish ride. Ended up no where near our destination

Expensive experience

My first ever experience; I paid 3.3 euros for pushing scooter to the permitted parking area as I found scooter outside this area. It was not possible to stop the charging. Why the system allows the renting the scooter if it is not possible to go. Thank you

They don’t refund the money you don’t use

They charge £5 every use and my trips were £2.70 and they have never sent my money back when they said they would as it says wait 10 days and still nothing come

Aweful, let me pay for scooter and then couldn’t use on way home as restricted, no warning of this before it took my money ended up walking with the scooter and costing me £5

Works a treat, not the cheapest but ok, slow up hill, just a pain only using designated parking spots
