Please note: Supersapiens is intended to be used with the Abbott Libre Sense Glucose Sport Biosensor, which is only approved in select countries. Any users using the Libre Sense outside of approved countries must do so as part of an IRB Wear Trial.
This app integrates with the Health app to fetch your fitness information. This is completely optional, but if access is given this makes the app onboarding smoother and any change in your weight/height etc in future can be automatically adjusted in the app.

INACCETTABILE!! iOS 16 c’è in versione beta da mesi .. funziona tutto tranne supersapiens!! Con il costo del sensore penso sia grave non ricevere ancora l’aggiornamento.. inutile contattare assistenza anche via mail che ho fatto anche per altro perché non si riceve risposta
Customer support doesn’t exist
The app and the system is well designed but the customer support in not adequate, so each problem or question you have is supposed to be resilved reading the online documentation. No matter if you open a ticket with zendesk, they aren’t anle to answer because too much support request.

Un’app davvero fluida e veloce. Chiaramente lavora in background per poter monitorare e interagire con il sensore in tempo reale e quindi potreste risentirne un po’ sulla batteria. L’interno dall’app accattivante e chiaro allo stesso tempo, molti numeri e dati da poter sfruttare. Super.
