Please note: Supersapiens is intended to be used with the Abbott Libre Sense Glucose Sport Biosensor, which is only approved in select countries. Any users using the Libre Sense outside of approved countries must do so as part of an IRB Wear Trial.
This app integrates with the Health app to fetch your fitness information. This is completely optional, but if access is given this makes the app onboarding smoother and any change in your weight/height etc in future can be automatically adjusted in the app.

Die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung hat Fehler. App stürzt regelmäßig ab und dann friert alles ein. Dann Zwangsneustart und erstmal den Sensor wieder Lücken füllen lassen. Sehr ärgerlich während des Laufens wenn man dem Telefon vertraut in der Tasche. Oft auch Fehler in der Event Anzeige. So macht es auf Dauer wenig Spaß und nun nach 5 Sensoren und 10 Wochen werde ich keine neuen bestellen . Dann wieder wie früher mit der libre App und selbst entscheiden ob der Sport gut war oder nicht für den Blutzucker

Schöne App, hoher Akkuverbrauch
Die App ist gut, aber sobald die App an ist, geht der Akkuverbrauch extrem in die Höhe und das Handy wird sehr warm.
Endlich Apple Watch
Ich bin Diabetikerin und als ich gelesen habe, dass diese App den Blutzucker auf der Watch anzeigen kann, war ich super neugierig! Auf sowas warte ich schon lange aber Abbot selbst scheint da nicht so viel wert drauf zu legen.
Leider leider hab ich mich jetzt abgemeldet und dann gesehen, dass diese App nur mit dem „alten“ Libre 1 oder sogar Libre 2 funktioniert.
Bitte macht euer System auch bald mit dem kleinen Libre 3 kompatible! :‘)
Gute Idee schlechtes Service
Von derzeit 5 verwendeten Sensoren funktionierte nur einer 14 Tage, alle anderen zwischen 7 und 10 Tage. Support wiederholt immer wieder die selben Fragen und macht nichts. Man kommt sich sehr „für dumm gehalten“ vor. Abgesehen davon man fühlt sich betrogen. Die Angelegenheit übergab ich an andere Instanzen. Ich rate die Finger von diesen Produkt wegzulassen.

Die App verbindet sich nach 5 Tagen Nutzung nicht mehr mit dem Sensor.
Und schon vorher riss die BT-Verbindung beständig ab oder App stürzte ab. (Bei einem neuen und geupdateten iPhone).
Der Super-Sapiens-Support verweist auf den Hersteller und kümmert sich nicht weiter. Und das Ganze, nachdem die Lieferung der Sensoren mehr als 7 Wochen gedauert hat.

Was interested, and the App also has Apple Health integration, great…. Or so I thought. I’m glad I read the fine print of the Apple Health integration before ordering. Supersapiens is only importing data, but not writing back the measurements to Apple Health. This is unacceptable, I’m not paying this kind of money for the Hardware and then have no method to export my data. API for AH is already integrated, so this is just a anti user decision to lock them in the system.
Great App, but does not push data to Apple Health
I like the App very much. The instructions are very clear and it really helps me to track my glucose and get much better understanding of my metabolically. Also tweak for performance
Two problems: 1. The data will not get pushed to Apple Health and just stays within the Supersapiens app. This should be the option as this is my data and I want to push it to Apple Health.
The other challenge is, that it does not directly capture the sleep events from Apple health. Always need to add it manually.
If this is fixed, it’s really five star
Funktioniert nicht gut derzeit
Bis dato habe ich drei Sensoren und dementsprechend gezahlt und bin mehr als enttäuscht. Falsche Darstellung falsche Zahlen. Schade.
So far so good
Just installed the app and my first sensor. The verification process didn’t work properly the first time. But the support was quick and helpful. I would like to have the possibility to have a widget that I can add on my home screen and a widget for the Apple Watch that I could use to modify my watchface.
