Why is there only a Japanese version? I can't log in at all and there is no way to change the language.

Requires some sort of authorization. Cannot open door even though I was already provided a CBS code.
I hate using Supra. This has to be my third time pulling up to a property with a Supra with clients and embarrassingly unable to access keys because something is wrong with the update of the app. There needs to be a way to still access the keys regardless of the eKEY!!
There is an alleged merger with Honeywell due to close in December 2024. Looking forward to the fresh rollout of the new product line.
It took several minutes to add payment information, the screen was blank and no way to know app is trying to refresh the info to be added.
I’m honestly not understanding the point of this app. There’s always a malfunction when using, and rude customer service. Bad all around look of the app is very outdated and once again you toggle several minutes to open a box.
I am stuck on the payment screen as my association cancelled my account to send a corrected activation code, literally uninstall, reinstall, shut down the phone and back on, yet whenever I reinstall it it still starts on the same screen, stuck on the old payment and unable to reset authorization…
I’m stuck on payment management screen which only says that my key is disabled and nothing more. It doesn’t go to back page or home page and it’s just stuck there. Customer support keeps sending an activation code but the app is not responding to use this code and proceed. Waste of time and energy, incredibly frustrating.
I am a realtor of 7 yrs. and honestly i am sick of their constant updates. in the field when you are at a house and faced with low cover on your phone, and hit with an update, you are locked out of your key opener. you have to write down your key number on a piece of paper to remember it. call support, enter your key number and unlock your key OR if low on cover and get cut... tough luck! sorry can't help ya! seriously need to get into this century and update their tech to allow us to stop having those clunky update shut outs and fix these bugs without locking us out of our keys on a daily basis!
My supra key is disabled permanently and no solution ! The app id absurd!
