It was a five star till they wanted $130 monthly, even know I have only one survey posted, maybe if they dropped the price it would be worth it but at $130 and up it's not worth it, also capped out at 25 reviews it says the lowest rating I can give is a 1 but it's really a 0
This app used to be my go to app for surveys. Now they have gotten so greedy that everything is monetized, and you can’t even do the most basic features without paying them. I am super unimpressed. You are the worst app in the world.
Great app interface but there seems to be a glitch where you can’t view the newer respondents survey when the first come in. Considering how insanely expensive the subscription is, this should be looked at. Excellent app though.
As a non profit I downloaded this app hoping to improve my organizations operation. It looked like a dream - until I reached 10 responses and was informed that to see any more I would have to upgrade - at a cost of $129 a month. Yes - a month. Why don’t you people be up front and not hide these facts until you’ve sucked people in?! Shame on you.

No advanced warning of how limited the free option was. Only 10 results . $130 a month? 290 annually ? What an insane difference in price monthly to annually . Especially for someone who will not need many surveys . also their website has different pricing then the app.
Tried their “free” survey. It was limited to certain types of questions. I only wanted to ask one question so this wasn’t a problem. But then… they limit the responses to 10. To receive my other survey responses I would need to pay $100. I was annoyed so I unsubscribed to their emails and deleted the app. However they continue to spam me with reminders about the survey results I will never see.
I am using Monkey survey to give my feed back on new improvements and to donate the proceeds to the charity .Very reliable and trusting company .
All I wanted was to be able to share a survey online. Looks like I’ll be handing out physical copies instead as the cost of printer ink and paper is much cheaper and I won’t be needing a subscription for a 1 time survey. Absolutely ridiculous.
This is a great app for my small business to show me with because we want and need it's a good way for me to get accurate numbers and I appreciate this app
