Before you have sent out the survey it’s not clear what is restricted in the free account. I now have several responses to my survey and can’t see more than 20 without upgrading and paying £99. This information should have been clearer - I would never have used this app if that were the case.
Feel like i’ve just been scammed. Sent my survey to everyone and then it told me I can’t view more than 10 responses? Literally just wasted my time and released it on all my social media.
Won’t even open on iPad on iPhone after the latest update. Hopeless.
Just completed a survey for it to only tell me I need to pay a monthly subscription if I want to use more then 10 questions ???? I’m ok thank you
Tried to cash out and was banned from the app!! Don’t waste your time, download EUREKA SURVEYS with referral code “1LMYWT” for a £5 bonus + 10% of what I earn!! You can get around £20 a day with this app and payment is instant!
I used it to create an online quiz. But couldn’t send the quiz because of paywall. Extortionate price for basic personal plan that no individual can afford easily. The app doesn’t tell you that the quiz is a premium feature anywhere that you can see. It only lets you waste your time massively only to discover at the end that the quiz feature specifically is not possible to send without paying. It’s a waste of time, frustrating and survey monkey is just getting more annoying each time quite frankly.
It’s not really free when you have to pay £100s just to have a half decent survey. For free you can have 10 questions including your title/description and only 10 responses can be seen. Avoid this app
I hope people can take surveys directly from the website and app as a social media platform.
For me… this is an obvious example of false advertising. It seems Survey Monkey’s definition of the word ‘Free’ is at best, misleading. In order for someone to complete your survey, you need to pay (as near as makes no difference) £100. Very unimpressed. £100 is very steep for a single survey, I shall use another service.
I tried to add one question, I duplicated my first page 25 times. I’m a VoiceOver user, I’m blind, and I have no idea how I did this despite being very technically literate. I’m surprised, you put so much effort into your surveys being accessible, please do the same for your application.
