Suzerain é um universo complexo e muito bem construído
Nesse você é Anton Rayne, recém eleito 4º Presidente de Sordland, uma república de Merkopa Oriental que, em um espaço muito corte de tempo, saiu da monarquia para a república, depois para uma ditadura travestida de regime democrático, para depois novamente uma República "democrática". O país está mergulhado na recessão, sofrendo com instabilidade política de brigas entre as extremas esquerda e direita, lutando contra ameaças externas, com a infra-estrutura defasada, e com o empresariado querendo o máximo de influência e poder do governo (e não, não estamos falando do Brasil mesmo).
É muito fácil traçar o paralelo entre o mundo fictício de Suzerain e o mundo real durante a Guerra Fria.
Os desafios são muito interessantes. Você nunca, absolutamente nunca, será capaz de agradar a todos. Sempre terá algo que alguém irá reclamar. Cada defesa importa, e trará sérias consequências, então você realmente se pega pensando em como proceder. Até a forma que responde algumas questões que, de início, não parecem estar relacionados ao governo em si, são complicadas. Vou lhe dizer que invejo os governantes que conseguem manter a paz em casa, no país e no sono.
Os finais são diversos, todos dependendo das suas escolhas. Você terá de saber negociar com os adversários, agradar aliados, buscar novas alianças, etc.
Poucos jogos apresentam tão bem a máxima "cada escolha é uma perda", especialmente pelo fato de que o jogo só trabalhar com autosaves e você não poder carregar um save anterior para "fazer uma escolha menos pior". Até dá de fazer um carregamento do último "checkpoint", mas a menos que tenha dado um "miss click", recomendo que conviva com sua escolha.
Sinceramente, adorei o jogo, embora tenha me cansado um pouco (ao final a sensação é de ter lido um pequeno livro). Pretendo jogar de todas as formas possíveis. Tentar todos os finais, os mais variados tipos de governo, alianças e decisões.
Em suma, um excelente jogo para quem curte essas tramas políticas, curte um desafio diferente, focado no Roleplay e em escolhas difíceis.
Passei 3 dias vidrado na história, 9/10 pela falta da tradução PT-BR.
