* “Through a combination of a choose-your-own-adventure-style visual novel and a Paradox-esque game, you have to pull the young republic out of a terrible recession while dealing with entrenched, corrupt political factions and a looming border conflict.” - PC Gamer
* “The press will lie. Parliament will ask you to sign bills with misleading titles. The people will inspire a song called "My Electorate Are Stupid Pigs". Your principles may be your strongest weapon or your downfall. This is politics. This is Suzerain.” - Rock Paper Shotgun

This game is amazing, the realistic world building and the intricacies of politics is something about time a game tried to portray.
To keep it short there are a few minuscule issues such as the game being so on rails that at times you might make a choice you don’t realise, or the choice you make has effects that aren’t always made clear to you before its too late, or sometimes not at all.
The real problem however as of now is this isn’t the best version of the game. That title goes to the Steam version which has an entirely new update by ver. 2.0 which overhauls a lot of the game and this version is simply outdated when compared to it.
This goes for the console versions as well. For the price here, absolutely play it and you’ll find a journey you’ll want to come back to even long after the credits roll, but until consoles and more specifically the iPhone version get the well needed update, I’ll keep my review lower than what it deserves, because the game should be much better, and hopefully soon it will be.
One of the Best
You can really feel the effort and time spent on this game. It’s so immersive and you really feel like you are there and making the decisions. I just want to say thank you to the development team for bringing this game to the world.
However they are a little slow in bringing updates from the PC version to mobile. We have had no change since initial release.
One of the best games I’ve ever played!
Easily one of the best games I’ve ever played!
Great game, needs more!
What a great game, played through twice and it is a little repetitive unless you make crazy choices. Would love more in terms of playing further terms, starting out at the bottom and working up to presidency. As I say it is amazing just wish there was more of it….will probably play it for a third time though and just go all out warlord!
By far the greatest game
This is by far the greatest mobile game I’ve played. My only complaint is that it’s not a longer game. The story line is amazing and you have a fair amount of freedom when it comes to deciding how you want to run the country. You can play multiple different play throughs and have a new bit of information or new ending. The music is incredible too and really ads atmosphere. If only more games were like this.
Really amazing game with one flaw
I’m really enjoying the game so far and imagine I will play through it multiple times. However, there is one glaring issue which I think needs to be fixed soon. When playing without an internet connection, the game cannot check if you have purchased the game or not and thus will not allow you to play.
For a game I planned to play on flights this is really disappointing but I believe the issue could be fixed easily.
Just wanted to make the developers aware. Other than this the game is fantastic!
Quite literally the best mobile game I have ever played
I am trying to get all the endings and it gives you a lot of content. The characters are phenomenal and you could really feel the emotions and development of each character and each choice that might not seem large will eventually lead to something large happening. 10/10 would recommend
Great game
Will their be a part 2 added to the game???
Can’t veto the Security Bill
I’m loving the game, but I’ve reached Chapter 3 and I can’t veto the Security Bill, which I really want to do as a democratic PM on my first runthrough. Is this an actual bug in the game, or have I just brought myself to this point through my choices?
