Please consider adding landscape mode support for the iPad version of your app.

This App has BEEN mediocre at best. It’s unnecessarily complicated. On more occasions than not I have to take extra steps to access my account that should be necessary, constantly having to reset my password or call to get access when I haven’t changed anything. It gives me anxiety to have to use this app.

5 times trying to deposit a single check. Really

Every aspect of banking with the SW Airlines Credit Union has been superior to any other banking experience I’ve ever had. The people are courteous and informative, and the process is smooth and efficient. They offer some of the best interest rates in the industry. SWACU sets the standard.

1-The app needs to have the QuickView functionality that lets you see what you have in your account with a click of one button. 2-Please return the availability to do fast transfers. Having to search and then click at least four times to transfer money defeats the purpose of the app. I might as well use a computer. 3-Apple doesn’t allow for Fingerprint login, why not?? 4-In settings what does “Customize Your Online Banking Experience” mean? I clicked it and nothing happened...?? 5- What is the < button in the top left corner for? 6-The buttons/icons need to be bigger. The font is too small. These are just a few things that need to be changed. I agree with the other reviewer, I liked the old app better.

So annoying having to constantly get a code to verify of prove I’m not a computer. Annoying app!

I’ve had to call one out of three times I use app to reset info that I’ve entered correctly in the first place. Even submitting review is a pain, won’t take any nickname. Why is nickname even necessary?

SWACU not a serious company regarding tech. Just copy USAA. Like SWA a very very mediocre operator.
