I’ve had this app since 2022, I now use it as my everyday bank account which is now just pointless! I can’t access my card! Meaning; I had cancelled my original card due to miss placing it, now the app won’t let me active the new card the button is obviously being clicked but it won’t do anything. I can neither access anything to do with my transactions. I can’t see any money I’ve been sent, any money I’ve withdrawn, or anything I’ve spent my money on. There’s nothing there except for how much money I have. I’ve brought up this issue at the start of April.. it’s now the end of May & it’s still not resolved. This app genuinely pisses me off now, sometimes the app just shuts down & doesn’t let me access anything like the internet isn’t connected when it very obviously is… & trust me, I’ve tried everything.

I lost all admin access after updating! So frustrating.

My employer uses this app to communicate to the staff. Training, payslips, policies and all the good things. This is great. The app however uses its platform to market other products and services (completely unrelated to employment) via push notifications. This is intrusive, especially when you’re in a meeting. You can’t turn the marketing stuff off without turning the employment notifications off too. This is inappropriate. The help section is useless. The help bot can’t direct you to a human. This is a 1 star app until marketing issues are fixed. If I didn’t need this for work I would delete it.

Ads are sent to employees so Employment Hero can grow another revenue stream which is confusing for our employees. We don’t want a “super app” we want an HRIS app. We don’t want predatory “pay day advancements” we want a great onboarding, leave management, company shoutouts, etc. focused app. EH needs to review their processes with Swag, these changes mean we might be looking elsewhere soon.

Literally the worst app I have ever used, I have lost count of the number of times I have reinstalled the app to try to make it work. The app worked terribly on my old phone so I invested in a new phone - now I don’t receive sound notifications so I am missing work opportunities! I am forced to use this app for work but it is horrendous - other issues including not clocking me off correctly and freezing when I clock in. I hate this app!!!
