Very easy use

Today when I logged in as always to clock in for work it came up a message that you’re changing the app slightly. After that it made me log in with email, password and a code. I’ve always logged in with face ID so this was wierd. When I logged in in order to clock in for work I couldn’t as the app was totally changed and the «work feature» with my rosters, payslips etc, where totally gone!!! I only have careers, money and benefits now!!! I can’t access the help center either from my app in order to get help!! I need to be able to clock in and access my payslips. This is a disaster and I need help straight away fixing it! Worst app ever!!

The app itself is buggy, prone to crashing and freezing when you try and look at the “benefits” tab. Speaking of, the benefits are absolute garbage unless you live in Sydney, where Employment Hero is based (you’ll see a lot of location bias with their products). Otherwise its main function, to check your payslip and log leave, are adequate. Everything else is a boondoggle. Edit: I forgot about the pay-day loan function. That’s an absolutely cooked idea. It’s like no one looked at how micro-loans or payday loans affect people in the long run.

Ugly design. Looks like it’s built by amateurs. Lots of white with graphics and colours are horrible. Full of ads and products that Employment Hero want you to sign up or use so that they can make more money. Plus the Career section is a new form of ghosting where your application moves along to Archived with no human interaction. Not a fan.

Low quality app which keeps forcing me to update every 9 minutes, despite not offering any good/new features I want.

Recent update has logged me out of my account and now is stuck in a loop when trying to log in. It doesn’t recognize I already have an account and is continuously prompting me to set up a new account. Useless, now that I have to do a heap of work to regain access. What is the point of Face ID access?

The app doesn’t show the Runsheets like Login and Logout times in the user app. The other apps like Deputy show it.

Zero flexibility, it doesn’t allow for floating time, my manager has told us that we have to use this app, but it is always very slow to login and won’t allow flexibility. The number of times I have to delete and reinstall is appalling and I have never received any contact from the help service when the app freezes.

This app is useless. Customer service through email, borderline non existent.
