Swan: Grocery, Cleaning & More

Ordered items 3 times from a store on this app months apart and every single time the order is changed to not in stock and listed at a higher price. Would not recommend at all.

App has lots of problems and doesn’t correspond well with the cleaning service providers. The hell line is only via the app and there is no one to speak to regarding any issues.

I will NEVER use swan again for cleaning!!!! I booked a 600 mins deep cleaning. They sent people to my villa who didn’t even have basic cleaning supplies and equipment. No even a vacuum!!! They left my house after 5 hours and despite me telling them the floors are still full of dust they just walked out. Their management came back later apologising and offering to have guys clean again but they came without even a cloth. I had an empty villa just renovated with barely anything to do. And still they couldn’t clean properly. I had to buy my own supplies to clean.

الخدمة اقل من عاديه، العاملات بس يشتكوا وتنظيفهم جدا ضعيف غير مدربين ولازم تتابعي معاهم كل خطوه وتعيدي طلبك اكتر من مره دا لو ما طفشتي وبديتي تنظفين بدالهم ، ما انصح بيهم لو متوقعين تنظيف يبرد القلب، وفوق ذا سعرهم اغلى من المنافسين الي خدمتهم افضل بمراحل!

This app have the worst chat support and if you book a service it will be delay or no show for it they get the amount your money and no show nothing for it

I have two bedroom apartment usually i call urban clap for two or three hours. If its like full house with balcony and wipe windows for dust will take 2:30 for urban clap. but time i saw swan add thought to give a try. But its completely waste of money. I booked for 3 hours. She came at 2:15 started doing bedroom. Only one bed room and hall she did with kitchen in those three hours. When i went in balcony of bedroom its same what i clean my self in urgency. Seriously all dust is their when i told her she said she clean. As boy i can do better then that firstly we should not show them each and every thing they are pros they should clean where ever dust in house. Even my mirrors are still same and my dressing table is with lot of dust when i lift tissue box. Three hours one bedroom cant be. Why you have to ask me should i wash or wipe end of the day i want clean so do what ever neccessary.

I appreciated the therapist's punctuality and effort, but unfortunately, the massage did not meet my expectations. The technique seemed lacking, with little attention to tension areas, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience. I left feeling more tense and uncomfortable than before. While the therapist did their best, I believe this reflects a need for better training and preparation by the company I wouldn’t ask for a refund because i’m worried it will be cut off the therapist salary (please don’t) But i will never book any services using Swan again horrible horrible horrible !!!

They need to do a training to their stuff ,,everytime I received my order should be less or mistake order
