This app is not recommend at all. They will charge in advance and then not send the cleaner at all. I highly suggest everyone to not download this app at all.

Fraud Company

Please beware of this fraud company. This will try to differentiate itself from Urban Clap or Careem on price point but do not opt for their service. I book my house cleaning service and below is the detailed experience: 1) The cleaner arrived 1 hour 30 minutes late from the schedule time 2) She started cleaning and her vaccum stopped working so he took our broom and cleaned ( Poor vaccum and customer has to pay for this additionally) 3)Also mopping was pathetic, whole floor was wet and messy after service 4) We both helper her to clean 1 bhk on time. We booked her for 2 hours and she was not able to finish on time ( Unlike Urban Clap or Careem they are always on time) 5) The worst part was she broke our 90 Dhirams weighing machine and did told us and went. We found after 10-15 mins she left and raised to customer care 6) Customer care actually doesn’t care. It’s being more than 30 days now and they are saying we are looking into it. We will get back to you . This that etc etc. I have already told my building people and my company coworkers not to opt their service as their service quality is bad, hard handling of home items and chances something will go wrong in the cleaning and worst customer care service.

Customer Service

Worst customer service and behavior by the team of swan. The cleaners don’t come on designated time and then enter the apartment and start the service without any permission. Later to apologize they just give you refund and customer service team lies and then manager says nothing can be done. Worst behavior by Sarish

Highly unprofessional

Cannot give ZERO star rating or else would have given that as they are not worth of any rating. They charge in advance and do not provide service as committed. On questioning about the services, they keep dragging for 3 - 4 hours forcing you to cancel the booking. And then shamelessly replying that your money will be refunded in 10-14 working days. Their intension seems only on cheating innocent customers by holding their hard earned money for 10-14 days. Do not recommend their services to anyone.

Very irresponsible people

I downloaded and booked for cleaning service of my apartment. No body came on the said time and when I followed up they came to know that their staff was sick and they were not aware until I asked for. My first and the very last booking.
