Sweatcoin converts your steps into currency units called, as you might have guessed it, sweatcoins. You can then spend them on goods, services and experiences on our market place with our partners or exchange them with your friends and family for whatever you fancy. The fitter and healthier you become the wealthier you get. Movement has value!
Sweatcoin uses your HealthKit step history data to continuously improve our algorithms and provide you with better offers at the right time.
If you're on iPhone 6S or lower, we will need your consent to use your GPS location, so we can verify your steps and award you sweatcoins for them.

Sweatcoin Walking Step Tracker Reviews
Not sure
Been browsing the offers and the math ain’t mathing
There’s an offer to exchange 250 sweat points for a £5 Amazon voucher or for 800 point I can get one for £15 , I may be slightly stupid but surely I’m better off spending 3 x 250 points equalling 750 point for the same 3 x £5 voucher and be 50 sweat points better off .
Something fishy about that…
Plus they have their own crypto coin which suspiciously looks like a pump and dump
Ads problem
Tbh I don’t rlly mind the ads I guess it’s cus I’m so used to them but it’s rlly annoying how I can’t exit them and I have to restart the whole app. Which means I also don’t get my rewards. Please can you fix this so I can rate it 5 stars
Not what you think _UK
So I do like this app it has all the basic necessities to help you keep on track of your walking and scratch cards to add more sweatcoins….however I’ve seen on many advertisements that people are getting paid in literal money and are able to transfer it to their PayPal I am unable to do this and I’m not sure why.
Cash out
Great app, but am i able to cash out my sweat coins, rather than having to buy something through the app?
A clever app for fitness
This app is a great way to incentivise people to walk and have some free exercise, then convert that to a discount voucher or make a donation to help others. A win win.
Used to be good…
Used to be a good app you could trade your coins in for a free physical product to try from a small business. Now it’s only big business offering deals that are not even exclusive, and it seems to be the same stuff all the time! No, I don’t care about a discount on AG, gruum, green chef, or my heritage dna, those things are already overpriced 💀
Doesn’t Work
I had earned 5 “sweatcoins” to buy the 15% off at Sephora yet every time i tried to use it, the thing would say “invalid code” it’s a waste of time.
Money
Others may disagree but I feel the money side of it isn’t easy and it takes ages to earn money
Whack
Whack app spent years building up coins was great and had everything safe gone back on with new update and reset to 0 and now you have to pay to upgrade the plan rather than use sweatcoins - poor execution on updates
Hmmmm… Moderate your expectations.
I’ve used this app - as a premium subscriber - for close to 2 years, also consistently watching all the daily ad’s to earn the bonus coins, and have yet to reach 10 k coins. Is it worth watching all those ad’s? Barely. You can decide for yourself but on average it seems it’ll likely net you maybe like 5 coins for a few minutes of your time watching the same old unskippable, boring garbage.
Realistically, you’d need 20 k coins or more to win any of the auctions, at time of reviewing the last auction sold for 22.5 k coins for a $50 multi-use gift card. So is it worth subscribing? For me, definitely no given the current subscriber material “benefits” (or lack thereof).
Unlike basically all other such apps, there’s no option to convert the coins into direct monetary rewards, eg a bank transfer or Amazon gift card, etc.
With a recent update, the “daily boost” feature seems to have stopped working entirely. Eg it will tell me I’ve hit the goal (2.2 k steps in 20 minutes) but not pay out any bonus. So is it worth doing the daily boost? Currently, no. Another missed opportunity.
Other things to note are:
The app support seems good. I’ve won the prize draw (which are usually daily & I basically enter them all) a couple of times, these typically cost 5 or so coins to enter so that will have reduced my balance accordingly.
They offer “Sweatcoin for good” whereby you can donate coins to charitable causes they’re supporting, which is nice.
Overall, this is why my current, honest rating for this app is 3 stars. If the issues I list above were to be addressed I would happily amend my review accordingly.
