No responsibility as a service provider. Customer ordered and paid for the food but driver not leave it at the hotel concierge just outside the door and decided to cancel the order. Swiggy said that no refund policy. Pls use Zomato is much better.
Can’t talk with the customer executive
This is elana I had gone 25 dec 2024 for buffet from Swiggy dine out in ibis Mumbai Where I saw offer of 1800 for 2 pp But the bill was of 3444/- And I got discount and paid 2823/- When contracted Swiggy they told me the price have increased but still it showing 1800/- I want a proper resolution on this or I will take future actions Regards, Elana

Food quality was very bad Cold item served Really disappointed Waste of money
The cost of the items are very high than at the restaurant. They not only charge for delivery but for each item.
My order got delayed for one hour and then got cancelled!!! Worst services ever !! No refund and very basic response. Deleted the app right away
I had to turn off notifications from settings.
