It’s a very friendly and easy to understand for a new comers . Thank you
It’s good to have all the information in one app vs previously where one had to log on to the website however: - the lack of download/export functionality drastically limits the use of all the transaction - one has to wait until the pdf is available to have a “workable” overview of all the expenses (and I’m not mentioning the impossibility of copy/pasting that in a spreadsheet) so not really helpful The app has been out for a while but it looks like this key feature is constantly ignored from new releases
Password reset does not work, helpline without a clue how to fix the problem. Waisting my time to fix a buggy app developed by amateur coders. To add insult to injury the web portal of Swisscard has been deactivated so I have to call the customer service with no avail as they are clueless. Cancellation forthcoming.
SwissCard took a giant leap backwards when releasing this app and discontinuing online account access. It is increasingly difficult to get monthly statements to a computer for spreadsheet analysis in a secure way. Perhaps this is a critique of SwissCard, not the app, but who manages their finances on a mobile devise with only a pdf file type to review?
You replace a well functioning website with an app only offer that is missing many core features. It’s a disgrace for the Swiss finance sector. Why launch an unfinished product?
I would give zero stars if I could due to the discontinuation of their online web browser service. There is no export functionality other than a standard PDF and this is in no way an upgrade to their web browser version. This would be fine if it were in addition to the web browser or if they had a more powerful desktop version. Unfortunately, as someone who uses my card substantially for business purchases the CSV export function is necessary and I will be discontinuing my use (chf 20k/ month) of this card and use my cembra. Terrible business decision Swisscard.
There’s no option to download the transaction records to different formats like excel or numbers!! The application is only mobile but not working for iPad format. There’s no option to work from the computer desk. If you really care about your customers and want ro provide a good quality service, this App is long way to achieve that!!
For someone used to managing finances on a laptop, this is a big step backwards. The now cancelled card service portal gave me my statements directly, now there are more steps to get the statements to my computer. But if you don’t use this app they stick you with a chf 1.95 ‘paper delivery’. Like the outrageous 1.5% foreign fees, this is another way for AECS to take your money. Consider another service.
Now that the Swisscard web portal is being shut down, this app is the only way to access your credit card transactions. However, there is no option to download the transactions in csv or ofx format, only pdf is supported, which is completely useless for transaction processing / budgeting in any personal finance application. Very disappointing that useful features are now being decommissioned...
