Terrible- so un-user friendly. Takes so long to do anything. Getting into the app is “hit and miss” , and I use apps on my phone a lot!
Main features removed
Expense tracker has been removed. It was the only reason I downloaded this app in the first place. In addition it seems it is no longer possible to see important details such as the conversion rate applied to a transaction made in a foreign currency. Without such features this app is now useless to me. My bank's app already provides card transaction info.
Useless
Repeatedly getting an ‘unknown error’ message when trying to login.
Worst card / banking app
Have tried to register numerous times across 3 days. Technical errors each time, a total of 4+ hours wasted. How do you expect to drive digitalisation when your shoddy app makes it impossible to register your card. Very poor.
No longer works
Since I auto uploaded I can no longer access my cards, see my statements or pay off the balance. After inputting my login details there is a request for an SMS code than never arrives. When I called the help desk I was told wait a week or two and re-install!!!
DO NOT UPDATE
So I had a pretty good ride with the last version of the app, and thought, why not update. The new version actually has reduced functionality in terms of the transactions. No more categories. I can’t track my spending anymore. Also - the start page waits for you to select Touch ID instead of applying it automatically. Honestly a regression.
Where is my data?
How could you update this App without any kind of information that your main feature and value proposition has disappeared? I was even assured from customer service that it will reappear after 48 hours, which judging by the answers is simply untrue. Please bring expense tracker ASAP incl. my data. Otherwise this app has very little value and I would have to look elsewhere.
