Incredible app! I use it every time I workout and find it especially useful for hangboard workouts for climbing! Super easy to use and allows for adjusting my workouts on the fly. Highly recommend to anyone who works out!

Super useful app for weight lifters
I use this app for lifting weights 5x a week. I love how easy it is to use and that I can use this timer to supplement my training in a way that saves me time and brain power- my workout can be on autopilot and I know exactly how long it'll take so my lunch lifts don't take away from my busy work day.
Loving the app!
Swole time has really helped me with my core workouts, but I am implementing it into my regular sets! I love its not full of ads would recommend!
