This fee sucks - especially after 15 minutes

I’ve used this application for many months. But today, I’m stuck on the “charging where you need it most” screen because their login is failing. Not reliable. And I needed it today.

I wish I didn’t have to… Have an app Have an account Have to top up Put a card reader on the front of the machine that takes a credit card!!!

FC16 what a joke… Under repair for three months?! FC17 "available"...... after pressing "start charge" now reads "suspended"… so glad I drove all the way over here for a "available" charge. Never again… ridiculous company.

App simply doesn’t work with chargers locked behind an access code. It gets stuck on the charger search results page without any instructions on how to proceed. You have to use the website instead. Took us 30 minutes to figure it out. Terrible experience.

Bad app. Kept asking me to complete form fields but when I click on one of the fields, a blank prompt popped up.

The chargers generally work, but the lack of plug and charge makes charging challenging. You have to login and remember the password, fiddle with password reset etc... waiting for network. EV charging system should just work. Plug and go.

Allow a simple swipe of a credit card will be the best feature. This should be like a gas station, I do not need to give all my info just for a charge. In a gas station, I never had to give so much of my info. Allow me to do it as in a gas station
