تم حجز رحله باص خاص وتم طبب تعديل الموعد والدعم لا يستجيب ولا يرد خلال 24 ساعه لم يتم الرد مع ان البرنامج يقول ان الرد خلال دقيقه وبسبب عدم التعديل تم الغاء الرحله. وجاءت الرساله من البرنامج انه سيتم خصم نصف. تم مراجعه الدعم لاجل عدم الخصم ولكنهم فعلوا العكس. وخصموا المبلغ كامل ، لا يوجد اي توضيحات عمليات نصب تجري في العروق

My last trip took very long route started 7 :30 to arrive only after we enter Alex gate by 11:30 4 hours stopping at each point no one up or down then to October then zaid that’s very long And I had a discount wanted to book 4 seats for me and my family Only can book 2 Is that a jock

شركة سيئة وسائقين عديمين تربيه والدعم الفني اسوء من السواقين حتى عدم احترام للمواعيد والركاب أحذر من التعامل مع هذا التطبيق

رحلات تتأخر فيتم استبدال ببديل احتياطي موقعة علي بعد لايقل عن ٤٥ دقيقة للوصول الي النقطة مايعني زيادة التاخير و كأن العميل الذي اعتمد عليكم لا اهميه لوقته و كانه وقع علي الازعان لا يوجد تواصل مع العميل و ترك حرية الاختيار للالغاء قبلها بوقت كافي او يواصل معكم و الاختيار الوحيد هو ان توافق الموضوع مكرر كتير و الحجه دائما ظرف طارئ مسارات طويلة مبالغ فيها لا عميل بينزل و لا اخر بيركب و المحصلة تاخير اكتر النقاط البداية بعيده عن محل السكن و مع الوقت يتم ترحيلها و جدولة مواعيد غير مناسبة و خاصة الصباح رغم ان كتير عندهم نفس المشكله
