السواق الرحله المتجهه من الزقازيق الى القاهره يوم التلات الماضي رحله ٧:١٠ مساءا قام باهانتى وتركى ف محطه رغم حضورى ف الموعد وقفل السكه ف وشي وفوجئت بوقوفه بعد المحطه ب ١٠٠ متر تقريبا وفضلت اجرى وراه علشان الحقه انا ووبنت كمان معايا ف الرحله وحينما قمت بالاتصال به ابلغنى بانه تم تاجيل الرحله من ٧ : ٨ رغم انه لم يحدث تعديل عالابلكيشن

Mobile verification doesn’t work

Registration

You can’t even register to use the app. Seems like they only operate with a local number. So if you are like me and visiting and want to use their ride, then you won’t be able to register. Pointless even to try to use your email or apple account as they still need your phone number. A futile system really.

Very bad customer service, No refund and packages are not clear سرقة

You receive a daily notification to use packages to save money, and when you buy a package you notice that it’s not suitable and usable for your rides and then you can’t cancel it so you lose your money with no refund from the company

Time waste app

Swvl you investing too much in marketing but your product is very week. SMS sending not working what a waste of time. Work on your development part first then do the marketing.

I’m having challenges logging in to the app with my personal number. I’m having to use another number which isn’t mine and communication with the personnel can’t happen directly with me. Making me either to physically look for the ride or miss the ride. Please sort this. Otherwise, the services are awesome.
