I used this during my exchange in Switzerland for 6 months. I thought it was amazing and very easy to use. I had a sim card shipped to my residence and it was quite fast. Connectivity was great, even outside of Switzerland.

Atrocious. Obviously do not care about the customer. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Great product, app could be better
Deactivating the roaming still does not work reliably at first attempt. Also the App does not remember the login. I of course love the product and remain a customer but please fix these UI/UX issues.

Warning! They don’t deliver SMS when you are abroad, meaning you may get locked out of a lot of accounts on a trip. Stay away!
