Great product, app could be better
Deactivating the roaming still does not work reliably at first attempt. Also the App does not remember the login. I of course love the product and remain a customer but please fix these UI/UX issues.

Ständig wird man von der App ausgeloggt. Das nervt. Außerdem funktioniert die wirklich schlecht. Vieles ist langsam und man muss nach jedem mal bezahlen die Zahlungsmethode aktualisieren… Zum Abo an sich: Ich habe drei von vier Balken 5G Internet. Allerdings funktioniert nichts davon, wenn ich anrufe. Wieso, werde ich immer darauf vertröstet, dass die Antennen in meiner Region überlastet sind. Es wird mir überhaupt nicht geholfen. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter oft wirklich extrem unfreundlich und das Internet ist Sehr schlecht. Nur empfehlenswert, wenn man direkt neben einer Antenne wohnt und selbst dann ist es nicht sicher, dass es funktioniert. Durch die Qualität des Internets bin ich dazu gezwungen, den Anbieter zu wechseln.
