Best UI, Competitive Fees
Easiest to use user interface. Competitive fees whether their managed portfolios or for you to go trade via Syfe Trade (now known as the Brokerage function).
Poor customer service
No response to my queries. Transferred money in but not reflected after 5 days , and no response from my messages sent.
Great app but...
I like the app very much for all my transactions but I wish to have an iPad version... The font is kinda small and it really take a toll to my eyes
Investing made easy
I have been using for a year and so far the return is decent. I believe the team is doing their best making risk spread low. If you have the time DIY your own stock investing or think you can do a better then this is not the place for you. My only issue payment process can be easier but due to MAS regulations I guess there is no choice
Withdrawal
My deposit + return not reached my account almost 2-3 weeks till now. When ask them through email they reply... "The withdrawal funds have been credited to your bank account.." again and again. Already gave them the bank detail to recheck but they can't check it for me. Poor system 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 not recommended for investing.
Keep crashing
This app keeps crashing on iOS 13.6.1 with the latest update.
