I’m very disappointed Sygic!! And your costumers services is not helping!
لمراجعة التطبيق باللغة العربية انزل للأسفل I bought Sygic premium travel guide and Sygic offline maps because my trip to Albania and Kosovo. Obviously, I downloaded Albania’s map and Serbia’s map so I don’t rely on the internet at all. However, it turned out that almost all the hotels, attractions cannot be found in Sygic search engine. So, thankfully google maps was a great help in Albania because there is nothing like it search engine. I had to use google maps in Albania instead of Sygic. Although, google maps’s search engine works flawlessly in Kosovo, for some political reason, google maps in Kosovo does not give you any directions! So I got to use both apps to get to one location after another. I do the search for locations in google maps and try to guess it’s location in Sygic to the best I could and then let Sygic do the directions part. So to sum up my experience, I don’t recommend buying the offline maps feature in Sygic because it’s very much useless in Albania and Kosovo. As long you have internet coverage which is almost everywhere in the country you can use Sygic for free. Just make sure you download google maps offline maps because it’s a lifesaver. Hope this helps! التطبيق تعيس جدا في ألبانيا وكوسوفا وخاصة محرك البحث الخاص به. يكاد انك لا تجد اي مكان تبحث عنه. في البحث عن الأماكن الهامة كنت استخدم تطبيق قوقل مابس ولا غنى لك عنه في ألبانيا ولكن احذر من انه قد يقودك لطرق غير معبدة فاختر طريقك بعناية. واما سايجك فيمكنك استخدامه بشكل مجاني طالما انك تعتمد على الإنترنت ولا انصح بشراء خاصية حفظ الخرائط لانها غير مفيدة في هذه الدولتين تحديداً النت متوفر ورخيص ويمكن تخزين خرائط قوقل ماب بشكل مجاني. واما سايجك تكلفك الخاصية هذه ٧٠ ريال سعودي ولن تستفيد منها بشكل كامل كما ذكرت أعلاه.
More updates required
The App on general is good and very powerful, but it has an issue very slow and high buttery consumable which ch affecting the user specially if would like to use it when i am out side looking for some cafe or restaurants. I am using this he premium version along with Sygic gps premium version as well and it is the best option and combination during Travil. I hope that issue with buttery well be solved soon so we can have better experience.
Not working in offline mode in most of cities
