Weather ALWAYS wrong

For example: currently it’s the middle of the night and there is very heavy rain and wind which it has been all day, and this app is saying it’s 11 degrees and sunny 😂 the inaccuracy is almost always the case, so my commands don’t work (ie. turn on the lamp when it’s cloudy/stormy, etc). I double checked my location and all is correct so I’m not sure where this info is coming from. No other complaints!

Does not support SmartThings yet in 2024

I tried to use the LEDVANCE and Sylvania partner device in SmartThings app, but it does not work. I tried to download the alternate “LEDVANCE Smart+ Wifi” app in Canada but App Store says not available in my region. So other countries can support these bulbs in SmartThings (new as of 2023) but not Canada or Mexico.

Smart lights bulbs won’t even connect

Sylvania smart lights and the proper app watched reviews and everything, for some reason cant get them to connect there products are faulty trash and they should reconsider their career. I’ve been trying for weeks to get these bulbs to connect, tried all the right steps and reset steps but they don’t reset, complete waste of time and money.. would not recommend to anybody

GARBAGE

Was sold at the dollar store. For a reason. They know it’s garbage.

Bought some BLUETOOTH light bulbs. Makes you set up an account and agree to a privacy policy, change your router wifi settings to outdated 2.4ghz, connected once in 20 tries where it creates its own second wifi network, demands you connect to that, which it won’t let you do anyway. Huge waste of time. One of the Bluetooth advantages is ease. This is over complicated and simply DOES NOT WORK.

Awful

This is the worst supported app I have ever used I have globe bulbs as well and there cheap and of course go offline all the time but I can fix those this app won’t let me change my wifi password so I’m stuck with blinking lights my wife is choked and I’m about to smash everything do yourself a favour and don’t buy this awful cheap product please!!!!!!! Only automation in my house I can’t run!!!

Nothing ….says it’s easy and I got good wifi

Good but

I love this and I love using it and it is definitely better than my last led light but if I set it up to turn it on at a time it never works also when I went into the app I saw that you could play music I let it use my microphone and still it did not work I don’t know if this is my fault or the app’s fault or maybe my lights just broken I don’t know but if I could get some help than that would definitely make me feel better about this situation

Will change to 5 stars if a screen widget is made for quicker usage!

Needs a widget to make it faster as I use the light everyday for my bedroom light. I have a newborn so I wake up often at night and use the app so if there was just a widget for the screen would be awesome! Other then that it’s good!

They forced me to make an account and then didn’t let me log in this app is complete garbage
