The worst communication tool
If you have the luxury of not using this tool, you are a lucky person. It is buggy, bad, slow and featureless. Not a single day without several crashes whilst doing work. The only thing this app does well, is, nothing.

Does not allow to enter credentials
After verifying with BlackBerry UEM, it automatically goes to loading and giver error ‘ A network error disrupted SSO: Could not connect to the server’
Not working after recent update
Previous version was working till updated to the new version. App crashes when trying to read messages
Battery hog, no feature parity with desktop app
The only time my phone gets really warm and battery drops is when using Symphony. I’m have it running for an hour maybe today and actively for only a few mins, yet contributes 33% to battery usage. Then there’s feature parity. No folders. No consistant use of code blocks or images. Ok for emergency use but not much else.
Requires Blackberry Work for Authentication
The mobile app seems like a kludge that is tacked on to BlackBerry Work, which I no longer even use.
Badge notification bug
I still get badge notifications for chats I have muted. This has been ongoing for more than 2 years. Please fix this.
Needs iPad Trackpad Support
App works fairly well, but there is some strangeness when a trackpad is used, for example, to click an chat in the left column. It may take several clicks to select, or may not work at all, and then the highlight state is inconsistent. However, if you use your finger to tap the same chat item, it selects the chat as expected.
Can’t see people’s status
Desktop can see everyone’s status, but the mobile version cannot
Crashes everytime
Not enough fail safe is built. It crashed 20 times already regardless of deleting and re-installing the app.
Incompatible with iOS 14
User beware, still not iOS 14 compatible. App will run for about 10 seconds then just close. Every. Time. Inexcusable not to be compatible with latest iOS version.
