Free Version
The free version lets you track up to 5 symptoms, and only at a “none, mild, moderate or severe” rating. (A number scale rating is available in the paid version) I am using it for my post concussion symptoms, so this is good enough for me. It’s simple to use, and includes a notes section for adding more details. It’s gives a chart that makes looking at the symptom changes easy to navigate for the past week or month, but not year (must upgrade to paid version for that). This is perfect for me so I can see my headaches, fatigue, neck pain, irritability and dizziness in one place with a decent scale of changes!
Charts, graphs and more
If you want an app that will track how much pain you’re in and what exercises/medication/treatments you do regularly to get better then this app is for you.
I am recovering from a torn meniscus and am tracking how much pain I’m in so I can see the long term trends (and share them with my physiotherapist). I’m also tracking my exercises to hopefully understand the patterns and trends over time.
Really Solid App
Does what you’d want it to. Simple and easy to use and in my case saved me $8.99 a month.
disappointed
I’m was looking for a simple app free or one time payment but this monthly payment crap is ridiculous!!! I mean I am simply looking for a more visually helpful way to track symptoms. I will not pay monthly fee or overpriced annual fee for this. i’ll use my calendar 🙄 🙄
Love it!
So great at tracking my concussion symptoms. Really loving this app.
Solid App
Good app, great for keeping track, just a pain that you can only have 5 symptoms without premium
Simple but useful
I really like how simple this tracker is, and love that you can customize your symptoms and treatments. I’ve been experimenting with a few apps like this and found this one was the least complicated to use by far. It’s made my chronic pain easier to track and the reports help me find patterns. The only improvements I could suggest are:
*Being able to select an option in between “moderate” and “severe” for symptoms.
*Being able to view entries or notes in a more condensed way so they’re easier to scroll through.
*Having automated insights into possible symptom patterns would be awesome.
Otherwise perfect. Thank you!
Look very promising - please add correlation
Good things : + does the job of entering. Simple but easy + local data, not tracking Yay! It’s a deal breaker if I need to give my sysmotoms to some obscure company abroad.
Opportunities to improve :
- the charts are sort of ok for symptoms, but the interesting part will be seeing correlations between interventions and symptoms “I did this I ate that. 2 days later these symptoms start”.. AI candidate for pattern spotting? This will be a feature well worth paying for
- add sliding overall “wellness” indicator for daily entry. 2-3 symptoms are great but granularity 0-3 is very crude. With “I feel 0-100% “ slider you get a subjective but more fine measurement. And this is ok! Symptoms are subjective.
- add 3rd category to 1. Symptoms 2. Treatments 3. Lifestyle factors / tags. For example going to bed late or drinking alcohol is not a treatment but a lifestyle factor that can have a big impact on symptoms
- adding reminder would be also great - add a iOS widget and you have a winner worth $$$
simple and effective interface
easy and actually free, pretty rare in this world.
Great app
Great app for tracking symptoms. Would be better in a line graph than bar graphs though.
