A reasonably flexible system of recording symptoms and treatments, so for example you can make daytime temperature a ‘treatment’ and track its effects on symptoms. Haven’t quite worked out the charts, but like the range of output formats.

Very customisable and adaptable and straightforward and easy to use. Deducted a star because probs a bit too expensive per month for what it is, as it doesn’t provide and specific condition knowledge or resource, although that can complicate a product unnecessarily.
Tried a few free ones but they’re very limited Because I have ten plus symptoms and 12 medications to track I’ve paid for this and it’s a relatively small amount for what you get The graphs are the most important for tracking things over time which this does beautifully and it will create a report you can download or send to a clinician. Worth the money imo!
Allows me to easily and quickly record the daily side effects from my medication so that I can accurately compare different dosages. Also space to add notes, which I have found useful. This app is just what I was looking for, after trying various others.

This app has everything i need to track my symptoms - i can add treatments and symptoms and even specify the measure of symptoms which is really useful. I use this to keep track of healing injuries and identifying patterns in mood
This is a great app to track any pain or problems but don’t get if you have mental or no problems it won’t help at all. Write a entry everyday and you will feel great. Good for kids or adults with arthritis but you have to get used to it. The one problem is that you miss out on basically everything If you don’t have a premium subscription.
Incredibly useful and easy to use
This app has been really helpful in tracking my current condition. It has worked along side my meal tracker and is helping me understand foods eaten and impact on digestion.
