Really user friendly, quick and easy to record symptoms

Amazing app

I really really love this app I went through a lot of other apps trying to find the right one to document my symptoms etc and this one ticked all the boxes, I couldn’t say much better, amazing has a great format very easy to use but very beneficial creates a graph to show doctors etc which is very helpful when going to lots of doctors appointments and you don’t have to explain everything multiple times. Overall 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is useful to track symptoms however it could be a whole lot better if you could track triggers and more symptoms etc

This tracker has supported my conversations with my medical teams enabling me to show graphs and symptoms overtime both through a report & by showing my app entries which has made for more positive discussions and decision making about next steps. The app has also meant I notice more when I am having a better day so improves my optimism and Hope re progress 😊

Superb

When recording symptoms and treatment, you want to keep things simple and easy to enter. This app achieves this superbly and offers pdf reports you can bring to your doctor. Well worth it!

Helps me log symptoms to review with my doctor.

Takes literally a few seconds once you have set it up. Records symptoms and medication taken and shows in easy format for my doctor and healthcare to see how I am managing my medical conditions and makes planning healthcare easier going forward.

Excellent app

I use this app every day as I have complicated hormonal/endocrine symptoms which really do need to be tracked from home throughout the day. The app gives the user much freedom and ability to make notes as well as imply tick options.
