T locker 또타라커 - 지하철 물품 보관 전달함

I was hoping the app worked even after so many bad reviews. I’m an iOS user without a Korean phone number. The app can’t find my locker location despite putting In the QR code on the locker and manually trying. It just gives an error. I tried to sign up first instead, but no sms code is sent to my US number. Would love to use this service but it doesn’t work

Incredibly slow app that doesn’t even work after getting thru the frustration of having to download it

This app does not work with iPhones. It gives an Authentication Error. I talked on the chat support and all I can do is allow all the notifications, access, etc of the app. After going through all the process, the app still does not work. The chat support said in this case there is nothing we can do with iphones.

amateur hour. location “null”. authentication failed. qr code scan—>check your location. chat/help for foreigner: in korean. this company needs to go bust. business og luggage storage is not difficult and needs no app (that doesnt work in any way)

사물함을 쓰면은 왜 어플 필요한 건가요? 좀 쓸때 없어요 ㅜㅜ (한국말 서툴러서 ㅈㅅ)

App won’t let you create account because you need a Korean phone number. I am just visiting the country so I am not able to use any of the lockers. Also, the app is not available in English.

Unmitigated, day-ruining garbage. Never again.

This is the worst app regarding luggage storage. It’s impossible to navigate, it says foreigner help but nothing is in English. The button to change languages does not work, the QR scan doesn’t work, the QR code leads to 404 site. Then live chat leads to a page that’s not in English and is just a bot. The app also has no option to rent a locker.

저번에도 사용하다가 제대로 안 잠겨서 두번이나 고객센터에 전화해서 사물함 옮겨서 쓰고 했는데, 오늘은 노트북 보관하고 잠긴 것까지 확인 하고 돌아와보니 이미 사물함 반납된 상태(?)로 되어있고 잘못했다간 노트북 분실할 뻔했네요ㅠ 전체적으로 연결이 너무 불안합니다 그나마 사물함 내에 디스플레이도 같이 있으면 나은데 어플로만 여닫는 건 너무 위험성이 있네요 ㅠㅠ

App didn’t work properly because service as a whole is broken. The only two lockers that were clearly open and available were listed as occupied and unavailable by the service and about half dozen lockers that were listed as available and open were locked and clearly occupied by other peoples’ belongings. Probably a dozen Koreans attempted to use the same ‘bank’ of locker in Gangnam Station after I did and none of them could store anything because you can’t utilize the lockers using the app or the website. And there’s also no support for the service as you will simply be sent to a web-based chat bot that does nothing to assist. This is highly disappointing given the fact there is a touchscreen-based locker service in nearly all Korean KTX stations that works without fail. Even 1330 support can’t assist or find any real support for this ‘service’.
