Useless service and app
App didn’t work properly because service as a whole is broken. The only two lockers that were clearly open and available were listed as occupied and unavailable by the service and about half dozen lockers that were listed as available and open were locked and clearly occupied by other peoples’ belongings. Probably a dozen Koreans attempted to use the same ‘bank’ of locker in Gangnam Station after I did and none of them could store anything because you can’t utilize the lockers using the app or the website. And there’s also no support for the service as you will simply be sent to a web-based chat bot that does nothing to assist. This is highly disappointing given the fact there is a touchscreen-based locker service in nearly all Korean KTX stations that works without fail. Even 1330 support can’t assist or find any real support for this ‘service’.
