T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM

Every month you’re spammed with “you must top up now or else” emails that cannot be unsubscribed from. A 15 minute chat with support could not resolve this. Only option was to block T-Mobile USA through Gmail.

Payment with CC from NL not possible

Only works for a dozen of countries. Netherlands is not in the list.

Stuck on billing set up. The Netherlands is not listed as a valid country yet the app is downloadable from the App store.

Once you get passed the payment screen it works perfectly. ESIM added without issues and worked flawlessly in the US, much faster than roaming as traffic is then routed through home carrier’s APN. Issue is however that I’m the payment screen you need to select a country that must match the billed credit card. Many European countries are in the list but The Netherlands is missing and thus payment fails. Would be great if this could be added.

I thought this would be the perfect solution to get a prepaid sim on vacation ninths us I was a bit disappointed when I couldn’t find The Netherlands while putting in my credit card info and billing adres. Please add The Netherlands

I’ve literally tried 4 times to get this esim on my device, and it just does not work. I get thrown out of the process while i’m making the payment. It’s also strange the app page of this app says it has a 5 star rating, while everyone rates the app with a deserving 1 star. Talk about misadvertising.

It’s crazy that a business like T-Mobile let’s an app into the App Store that doesn’t even start, let alone work. Avoiding this company from now on.

Came here to the US and wanted to buy an esim. But tried for over an hour with this app without succes. Sometimes the app just went blank, and sometimes it returned an error. I will look for an esim from another company...

Works great. Used on vacation in the usa to add data to my iphone xr and saved a lot of money roaming!
