Started to open an account with them but changed my mind because of how extremely high the service plus the merchandise was however when I went back to the T-Mobile with all the merchandise to return they would not take it. Now they want to charge me $1,400 dollars for a service and equipment I absolutely never use. Now it’s lowered my credit score by 80 points and I had outstanding credits! Always paying my bills on time and everything. Totally unfair!

I’ve had Verizon, Att, and Sprint in the past and can say the service with T-Mobile has been great. The app works good as well.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Takes you through a whirlwind of sales products. Total waste of time.

I was trying to add a new plan to my unlocked phone while I using a Telcel SIM card and in 2 minutes o got my e-sim card easy plan 2024 still in love of the easy to get a number
