Teleurstellende klantenservice en verlies van aankopen
Ik wil mijn ervaring met T3 Arena delen om andere spelers te waarschuwen voordat ze te veel geld uitgeven aan dit spel. Ik heb aanzienlijke bedragen uitgegeven aan in-game aankopen en upgrades, en heb altijd ingelogd met mijn Apple-account om mijn voortgang op te slaan. Na een tijdje niet gespeeld te hebben, ontdekte ik tot mijn grote schrik dat al mijn aankopen en voortgang verdwenen waren. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van T3 Arena en heb alle benodigde bewijzen van mijn aankopen verstrekt, inclusief de ordernummers die ik via Apple Support heb ontvangen. Ondanks al mijn inspanningen en de vele informatie die ik heb verstrekt, heeft het T3 Arena-team mijn probleem niet opgelost. Ze blijven beweren dat mijn account pas in januari 2023 is geregistreerd, terwijl mijn aankopen dateren van 2022. Het meest frustrerende is dat ik voortdurend heen en weer ben gestuurd tussen T3 Arena en Apple Support, zonder enige duidelijke oplossing. Apple heeft bevestigd dat mijn aankopen en gegevens correct zijn opgeslagen en dat er geen probleem zou moeten zijn. Desondanks blijft T3 Arena volhouden dat ze geen fout hebben gemaakt en dat mijn aankopen niet kunnen worden hersteld. Ik voel me zeer teleurgesteld en gefrustreerd door de manier waarop dit is afgehandeld. Het lijkt erop dat er geen verantwoordelijkheid wordt genomen voor verloren aankopen en voortgang, en dat er geen redelijke oplossing wordt geboden aan spelers die legitieme problemen ervaren. Ik wil andere spelers waarschuwen om twee keer na te denken voordat ze geld uitgeven aan dit spel. De klantenservice is teleurstellend en er is een reëel risico dat je je geld en voortgang kwijtraakt zonder dat je hulp krijgt om het terug te krijgen.

I love this game because its a game where you shoot and collect heroes and I love that you have some heroes to try out overall a really good game

Underrated game Pls play this game so I don't have to wait 8 minutes to start a ranked game Btw: some heroes say they are from “hall of fame” but they aren't. Is it a bug or is there another way to get them?
Ripoff but fun
Its obviously a overwatch ripoff as the characters look the same and the abilities are similar, but If you cant play overwatch Its a fun game for on your phone
Its good, but…
Dont get me wrong, i really like this game, but, ehm, am i playing with bots? I dont know, but they all have pretty normal names, like Jeremy and not a game name like SKULL1E.
