Payed real money for some skins and my account just disappeared, support didn’t even try to help.
New update
The game is great and I'm glad that it is constantly improved and improved. I have one suggestion though. in the new season there is a new currency - tickets to buy new characters. for players with more experience, it has no use, because there are no new characters to buy. I would suggest to introduce the exchange of this currency so that it can be spent on e.g. new character skins or simply money/crystals. it's nice to still get rewards for match performance, but not if they're useless.
Nice graphics but..
But once you get most heroes the game literally gives you scraps of in game currencies, just to force you to put more money in it. I also don’t like this “slot” feature. It’s just total cash grab. Hero’s get nerfed with every season, it was fun at the beginning but now it’s boring.

Good game needs a bit more work
Game is great, needs better suited matchmaking for normal modes, clash payload is trash and waste of time to play. Sometimes game suffers from lags for whatever reason one game my ping is 200-500 and next match is down to 50-70.

Matchmaking is terrible you playing only with bots
