The deals are great like when you order something you download the taco John’s app and scan the barcode. You get points for rewards it depends on what u get at the restaurant in person or delivery u choose. you still get points on whatever u order. That’s why it’s a five star review for me.I hope u will give taco John’s a chance. Have a good day!!!🙂😁🌮

I downloaded the app I’m trying to get into it I can’t because my phone number is already been used. I mean if I could verify it it’s my phone number isn’t it?? It doesn’t even give me an option to do that. This app is garbage.

Walking inside store no one was at the drive-through went to the counter. Had to wait like five minutes then they came out order for drive-through first. and received cold potatoes.

I ordered a Beefy Toasto combo meal they didn’t include the soft shell taco that was part of this order.

I tried to get the free burrito and it did not work there is no code or anything for the free burrito when you download the app and it expires in 13 days. I love taco John’s always have, but the app definitely needs work.

Using the app is a waste of time just based on the service and quality of food you receive. The food is horrible and there is absolutely ZERO customer service response when you encounter an issue. This is a failing company for a reason. Bland food to well below average customer service is a poor business model.

Great service

The flour tortilla on beefy burrito was over warmed so it was hard and dry, not enough meat to call it a burrito. The taco bravo had a over warmed tortilla too and hardly any beans, weak on the meat portion too and the sour cream should be across the whole inside of the hardshell and put some on. The oles were ok but a little more sprinkle of seasoning would make them better. We’ve been customers at the Taco John’s on Wells in Reno, NV for 17 years and this was a second chance after our last meal at Taco John’s on Wells in Reno, NV. Lots of room for improvement.
