Another one of those annoying apps that sends you 50 notifications a day. Deleting it first, will only install it when I need it- you ahould too.
Already disabled marketing notification and still receiving them. I will take a cab if there is a need and not because there is discount!
I use this over grab and gojek, just because it's much faster, reliable and simply works.
Despite disabling marketing notifications inside the app settings, I’m still receiving them. I suspect it’s deliberate rather than incompetency on the part of the app developers.
This app sends daily spammy notifications urging you to use the service without tailoring them to your preferences. It seems the Product Manager neglected to focus on the user experience. Congratulations, though—you’ve successfully convinced me to disable notifications and uninstall it.
Done an advance booking on 18 Dec for pick up on 20 Dec. Driver cancelled on 19 Dec. But there was no notification on app/ email. Customer support not very helpful. This Tada service has been getting worse. Time for new player to come in and disrupt them.
This is the worst software I’ve ever used. The GPS system is highly inaccurate, and it fails to correctly locate both the driver and the customer
Unable to add a functioning payment card so I’m unable to use the platform.
This is my first time writing an app review since TADA customer service was not helpful at all. Driver no show and he did not pick up calls nor reply messages. I had no choice but to cancel the ride because I was in a hurry (otherwise no need to call TADA?) I wasted a good 15 mins and ended up I have to call grab instead. I was charged for 5SGD cancellation fee. Emailed TADA to report the driver, and there was no response after a couple of days. Customer service replied that driver did arrive so the cancellation fee is on passenger, so was I blind? If the driver arrived, why do I need to cancel the trip? I do not recommend TADA even though it is slightly cheaper than Grab.
