Amazing driver

This gentleman is very polite. Great car but unfortunately I spilt some gravy in his car . He did not complain nor was upset - he had a right to complain. He left him cleaning his car seat…😩 I felt soooooo bad for him but he was so sweet about it. Bless him. He is sooo kind & thoughtful. What an amazing guy. I wish more people are like him.🥰🥰🥰🥰

Been good compared when started

There been very good improvement with your service... from last 2 years less cancellations and good response with the app...

Unable to get confirmation code

Can’t really rate this app as I was unable to complete the registration. Kept asking for a validation code and never received it. Tried to report the issue. All choices lead to invalid parameters errors.

Was fine until late January but now impossible to log in and no response from email support

Was a 5 star app until the update

Used this religiously more than any other transport app Then suddenly does not allow me to log in nor register Useless

Doesn’t work in Korea

Despite Tada being available in Seoul, the English app doesn’t work here.

Clean and crisp layout

More and more Drivers are available. Slightly longer wait times but worth it for cheaper fares. App still needs some work to make it more stable. All around good app!
