Use this app to relax and fall asleep. I find it very helpful
I bought this for my (91 year old) client. I needed to be easy to use, and it was. I like the variety in times and sounds.
Highly recommend. Such a calming voice with choice of background music and length of program. Currently in midterms and was very stressed. Listened to this and now feeling calm, and I can continue on with my work feeling much more focused.
This is the first app I've used for guided meditation so I have nothing to compare it to. I enjoyed the calming effects.

Best free advice ever. My pharmacist recommended that I use this; "Thanks Haley! ~Johnny." DISCUSSION ~ Two choices in this app, a short work break wellness one and a softer, longer general relaxation wellness one. After a few listens to them while following the soft spoken orator's suggestions, I found that my peace and productivity at home and at work increased without any effort. I felt better too, right away, and that positive wellness effect lasted longer and longer every time I followed it and I became more productive and happier all day long, every day. RECOMMENDATION ~ I recently retired and continue to open and listen and follow this wellness exercise as part of my almost-daily mental health regime.
