I paid $6 for the app only to find that you can’t switch between apps without being kicked out of your online game, which makes trying to play online games pretty pointless. I’m not going to have my phone rendered inoperative for hours while I play. This should be made clear before you purchase. Rip off.
A lot of nice things about this game, but the lack of player created games is a big let down. When i can find an online match, i go to join but get instantly disconnected. No login rewards, all extra heroes have to be purchased with cash. If there were login rewards and a chance to buy other heroes with in game currency, the rating would rise.
It looks hideous on my iPad. Tried to refund after 2 minutes and it won’t let me. So what a waste of money.
Not sure how to get my purchases back since you can't sign into your Asmodee account from this app.
I love this game. It’s fun, you can put it down and pick it back up whenever you want, and it allows for a ton of different play options. Really great. Unfortunately, though, the app does not allow you to listen to music/audiobook/podcast while it is open and I cannot imagine this would be horribly difficult code to add given that much less sophisticated apps have no problem letting Spotify, etc. run in the background. Normally, I would absolutely give the game five stars but the inability to have background noise (aside from the game music and sound) is a real bummer.
Wow. What a friggin great game. You must get it and get the expansion packs. Way cheaper than the board game and you will always have it to play it on the go! I am new to Talisman. Never realized it’s been around since forever. Alllll the years wastedddd Great Game!
Went to play the game and was told I had to update to the new version, new version cost 1.99!? Then it won’t restore ANY of my OG purchases. Nomad restored original purchases after a lengthy email exchange, raised rating a tad.
Every thing is great. I think I may have found a bug. Leywalker drops his portal stones on spell casters squares when they cast…. My leywalker dropped 2 stones on the same tile on 2 separate occasions and the game doesn’t recognize them as being there. I cant teleport there. I only have 1 functioning stone now. Happy hunting
I had a lot of trouble with this game and the in app purchases, but the developer helped me restore the problem some time ago. The only improvement I could highly suggest is loyalty to the family purchase IoS format of apple, meaning, that if an in app purchase is made, I believe it is supposed to contractually apply to the entire family. customers shouldn’t have to spend 40.99 for each family member (essentially my daughter and I) to be able to play together as a family over a local network. MOST apps I have with IAP’s do not have this issue.
Everything is fully updated, iOS to the latest version, game latest version. Still will crash sometimes, especially Battle Royale ending. Some aspects of ui are clunky / unintuitive. I bought multiple expansions too.
