Warhammer Quest Reviews

Boring

Gjruejdksk on

New Zealand

I’m not sure how else to put it, but combat in this game feels underwhelming and boring, almost like a chore to complete a level. The UI also looks a bit blurry/aliased on my iPad Pro, too much compression applied to the UI sprites. I have it on the highest graphics setting. It would be nice to be able to rotate the camera to get a different view on the battle, and offering a mystery chest to pick up on each level would also be welcome. Level design is boring, needs more interactive elements.

Game often crashes after end turn

Orchestral cellist on

New Zealand

After I hit end turn sometimes nothing happens. All enemies stay still and I can’t move. Only option is hard reset. Very annoying when it happens in chest reward games that can’t be replayed.

Great game

Grimasaurus on

New Zealand

This is one of the better Warhammer games. Loot is easy to obtain, maps are plentiful, and quests quests alone provide you with the gold you need. It is a game you use micro transactions in not because you have to, but because you want to.

Crashes on iPhone 6 plus

Crashes after a couple of minutes. •When reading reviews of games on the app store & you see star ratings with no reviews, it means the the devs have requested a deletion of reviews, to hide the comments the don’t like•

Game lost all progress

It duplicated on my phone when I uninstalled and reinstalled I lost all progress. I’m not reinvesting the time to get back to where I was

Great game with silly monetization

I love Warhammer, Age of Sigmar in particular, and it’s hard to find AoS video games. I’m happy to say that this game lets you both experience an out of print board game and enjoy the Warhammer vibes. However the pricing is bizarre. I love a free game and I’m happy to support with little transactions here and there, as well as the usual “watch an ad for a freebie” thing. However, if you want to get a specific character (for me it’s the greenskins) you either have to grind hard or pay through the nose. Like, it’s $20 just to buy a character outright and dodge the gacha portal thing. So I am enjoying the actual game and will continue to enjoy it with my starter characters, I just wish there was a way for me to get a Grot or an orruk without having to pay the same amount as an actual Warhammer model would be.

New and enjoyable game

I like the variety of missions and the leveling is not to fast.

BullS

When u watch adds for extra bonus game kicks u out…don’t watch adds u are giving em money for adds while u don’t get nothing in return

Last years upgrades introduced bugs

Hammerdone on

United States

I like this simple game. Latest ‘upgrades’ introduced much more valuable rewards. However, quests and campaign progress are fraught with bugs. Most runs the game freezes and I lose all progress. This never happened in previous builds

Grind Heavy - Crashes Frequently in Multiplayer

BlueDreaux on

United States

There’s a lot of grinding involved to get enough character tokens to unlock character level limits needed to beat the game. Or spend a stupid amount of money paying to unlock those level caps. Part of the grind is neigh endless multiplayer PvP (or I suspect Player vs. Bot) battels that freeze and crash frequently when you so much as tap on certain opponents characters to target them. Still annoyingly fun and I really love the artwork. Shame it’s such money till.
