The app is a great idea and genuinely helpful. But in an effort to get people to spend money, they have made it impossible to add categories by running consecutive promotions. I purchased the app when categories were unlimited, so I consider this very bad form. Disappointing.
I purchased the “unlock” feature of this app years ago, long before it had the subscription model. That purchase was for the permanent access to advanced features. They do not honour the purchase now that I have reinstalled and tried to restore it. $99 a year subscription for this app is a joke, you can get the whole Microsoft Office suite for that amount. If you’re looking for an app to tally whatever it is you need to tally, look elsewhere.
This app freezes on every open since the latest update. This needs a debug and fast. Trying to track daily progress on tasks, and my options are delete, reinstall and lose my data, or abandon entirely. Disappointing.
I read some reviews here that say you can’t cancel a subscription, I went into the app and the “support” and “contact” buttons don’t work. So I’m too scared to subscribe to this app as it seems like a scam. This means I can only create 3 habits- rendering the app useless. Please allow users to cancel their subscriptions easily
Good features, love using it with the Apple Watch BUT there seems to be slowness and timezone issues with the watch version. Eg if I add an event from my watch, it appears on my phone as happening 9 and a half hours ago (my UTC timezone offset). I’d been wondering why my tallies seemed off and now I know that things are getting attributed to the wrong times, and therefore possibly the wrong days. Keen to see more updates come to resolve this. Thank you for a great app.
Got premium on the discount. It’s good, and saves time from me manually writing on my journal But I can’t see the exact time each tally was pressed. Can you include an option to export to excel or an option to view individual times?
Terrible. You get locked in and no where to unsubscribe. Ive contacted these people repeatedly but no one replies. So annoyed right now. Do not get sucked in
I’ve tried downloading the app several times but it won’t even let me into the app, when I click on the app the open I I get a loading screen then I’m kicked out of the app and back unto my home screen.
I paid for premium but then they changed to subscription and took away my premium access! Surely that’s not allowed! Also the app has become super buggy to the point where it doesn’t even work a lot of the time. I used to love this app and the company that makes the suite of apps, but it’s clear they don’t love us back.
