Purchased but can’t restore purchase
I purchased tally as a 1 time purchase but it’s not allowing me to use it and is asking me to subscribe again..

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the chosen plan's price. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes/App Store Account Settings after purchase.

Worst customer service ever
There is no way of getting in contact with these guys! I have sent over 20 emails them with no reply. They are ignoring my emails so they don’t restore my initial purchase of the app. They downgraded me from premium version to basic plan and now want me to make a subscription plan so they can keep taking money monthly from me! The ethics of people these days is unbelievable.
Do NOT pay for this app
I paid for this app yet there is ALWAYS a banner asking me to upgrade and give Tally more money. I can’t get rid of this banner and it ruins the app. It’s so annoying. This app sucks, don’t give them your money! I reported them for this awful experience too.

Non existent customer service. I’ve been trying to get a promised refund for 8 weeks. Pretty sure they blocked my email.

Notifications dont work
Got this app 3 months ago. Setup all the notifications, they stopped working 2 days later and never worked again. Ive meticulously made sure everything is turned on multiple times but the app just wont notify/remind me making it kind of pointless
Seems unfinished
Good idea but…. Very expensive sub for what it is. The today tab is always yesterday, doesn’t change with the date. No option for a single and simple yes or no ‘Done’ once per day. iCloud “backup” never in sync and overwrites every made elsewhere. Apple Watch not in sync with iPhone. No complications on faces.
Im requesting a refund
The app is syncing with the apple watch but any habits added from the apple watch are only visible on the wrong date , usually a dat later…
Please make a watch complication
This app awesome and simplistic. I only need to track 1 thing so I am enjoying the free option. However, it would be so great if there was a complication option so I can quickly track on my watch. I would even pay a small amount to have it. Thank you
