Don’t even bother

This is the stupidest app I’ve ever use.

I've never had an app make me so frustrated before. Why is this so much more of a pain than just calling a taxi? Stupid. Maps glitch out and reset when you try to move them. Time predictions are inaccurate and rarely update. Selecting your pickup and drop off locations puts you at risk for an aneurism. Basically every function is done terribly

I have only ever had one successful ride with this app. I have used it various times and the other times, I always had issues. I’m tired of this app canceling its rides on me for no reason. just today there were 2# in front of me, so I waited patiently. it finally was my turn and it said that the ride would be there in 3 minutes. It was 9:34 at that time and it suddenly “completed my ride.” when I tried to request the right again they claimed that I couldn’t because they were closing at 9:45.

cant even log into the app at all, every time I do it signs me out right away and forces me to sign in again only for it to sign me out each time

The app won’t let me login and every time I get in it logs me out when I close the app

I downloaded this app because of an injury where I was supposed to get cart service but I haven’t been able to schedule a single ride because it always just says outside of service hours. It is Monday at 9am, it is definitely within service hours and I used the exact email and username they told me to but no luck. Ended up skipping my classes the prior week so that I wouldn’t deal with the crap of this app and having to make calls in the middle of class to make sure I could get a ride. Really irritating to say the least.

I live off campus and rely on this app to get around. Putting in a ride request during busy hours is a sure fire way to be stuck in the waiting queue at #5 for an hour only to cancel the ride and miraculously be first in the queue. I have no problems with the drivers, they're just doing their best with the tools they have, but the app itself is terrible. I wanted to read the food and beverage policy my college has for their cars, but the app is unusable and just logs me out whenever I open it. I beseech colleges and universities to find a better app for their driving services, since this one causes needless problems for the drivers and passengers alike.

Anytime i sign in through my school it sends me back to the list of institutions

I have the 13Pro Max. The app only shows the map. It does not allow for ride request.
