Description

Taskheat brings a sense of flow to your to-do lists. Break down your projects into small tasks and define their dependencies. You can progress toward your goals by focusing on the steps under your control in a resulting flowchart.
It's a powerful and handy task management app to burn through your tangles of to-dos and projects.
Use Taskheat to:
• Track the relations between your to-dos.
Think of your to-dos as a link in a chain. It's a building block that forms a flow of small or achievable duties.
Each task can have multiple dependencies or can enable or block others.
• Get things done when you're there.
The list of your actual tasks may update depending on your location. Suppose you can perform a specific task in a particular place. In that case, it will appear in your actual list only if you are in that spot.
• Track tasks delegated to third parties.
Suppose there's a responsibility currently out of your control or in the hands of another person. In that case, Taskheat will not include those duties in the list of actual tasks.
• Assign due dates and receive notifications.
Taskheat will notify you when any of your tasks are due soon, so you'll never forget to get things done on time.
• Manage regular duties.
There are many examples of repeating tasks that you need to perform regularly. Define the recurrence rule to reflect that in your agenda.
• Color code and tag your tasks.
Assign meaningful colors to make it easier to scan your workflow for a specific group of duties visually or filter them by tags.
• See your actual tasks in a handy widget.
The minimalistic widget allows you to see your plan at a glance without opening the app.
• Stay productive wherever you go.
Taskheat uses iCloud to synchronize your projects between your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can pick up the latest version of your task flow on any device.
You can download and try Taskheat for free for two weeks. After that, you can either purchase a full version or access your data in a read-only mode. It is a single purchase for all devices and NOT a subscription.
Our team continuously improves Taskheat to make it even better. Feel free to reach us at [email protected] and on Twitter (@taskheat). Share your feedback or ask any questions. We are always happy to assist you.

Stay tuned and good luck reaching your accomplishments!

Taskheat Reviews

Great idea & great philosphy

AngryBirdsCausesBigExpenseLOL on

I love the idea and the experience I have had from installation, to user guides, to syncing, to tech support, to privacy and finally to purchasing have all been superb. I have loaded a lot of info in and had very little issues. I feel very happy to support this company. Update : 2 years on Still use this nearly every day on two iPads and an iPhone. Customer support is still great. Thanks everyone.

A Potential Game-Changer with a Critical Issue

Nick Zhou (LG) on

Australia

I really think the app "TaskHeat" is a great application and could potentially be a game-changer among all other "to-do" apps in the market. However, there is a significant flaw we should not ignore. In some situations, after you create a task and three subtasks, when you click on one of the subtasks, all four tasks, including the main task and three subtasks, are marked as done simultaneously. This is definitely not right. As I mentioned, I'm really glad that I found this app, but please fix this issue to improve my experience. Best regards.

Awesome tool for quickly mapping out and visualising task dependencies

Love using this tool. Some potential improvements: - add ability to generate a shareable URL (which updates when changes are made) - add export to PNG/PDF/SVG function - prevent dark colours from inverting when shrink to fit (affects print to PDF too)

Doesn't work, right off the bat.

Opened app, double clicked on canvas as instructed. Nothing happened. No provided tutorial pop-ups etc. Nowhere in the app store is it indicated that this app is a free trial either, only once you're in the app. Will not be buying.

Absolutely Amazing and Logically Simple

I can’t put it down, seriously! this app is incredible. I don’t understand all the bad reviews, coming from someone who will quite often rely on them I’m glad I didn’t with this one. Will definitely be sharing, I think this may become my most used app.

nice product

I wish I could move groups of tasks between projects and retain references

UI is minimal and I don't know how do delete a connection

Just started to use the app. The website support basic help is theoretical but doesn't have step my step help. I've connected two tasks, and now I want to disconnect. I can;t figure it out. / Also if I accidentally put a date in the past, I can't correct it anymore. I no longer see date in the edit. / can't duplicate already completed tasks./oh I see it was the trial version, now I can select connection lines/changes flow chart style drastically when it gets slightly more complicated/ it's interesting and has lots of potential

Extremely glitchy

Crash and burn

IPad Pro, Mac and iPhone max could not open this app. Kept on crashing on all three. Happy to repost if it gets fixed

I really want this app to work

Great app idea but it is riddled with bugs. The app currently won’t open at all and just crashes on launch. -update, I deleted the app again and installed it and now it doesn’t crash upon launching, so I have raised my review from 1 star to 2 stars.
