Taskheat — milestone tracker

Task roadmap, goals & progress

Published by: Eyen

Description

Taskheat brings a sense of flow to your to-do lists. Break down your projects into small tasks and define their dependencies. You can progress toward your goals by focusing on the steps under your control in a resulting flowchart.
It's a powerful and handy task management app to burn through your tangles of to-dos and projects.
Use Taskheat to:
• Track the relations between your to-dos.
Think of your to-dos as a link in a chain. It's a building block that forms a flow of small or achievable duties.
Each task can have multiple dependencies or can enable or block others.
• Get things done when you're there.
The list of your actual tasks may update depending on your location. Suppose you can perform a specific task in a particular place. In that case, it will appear in your actual list only if you are in that spot.
• Track tasks delegated to third parties.
Suppose there's a responsibility currently out of your control or in the hands of another person. In that case, Taskheat will not include those duties in the list of actual tasks.
• Assign due dates and receive notifications.
Taskheat will notify you when any of your tasks are due soon, so you'll never forget to get things done on time.
• Manage regular duties.
There are many examples of repeating tasks that you need to perform regularly. Define the recurrence rule to reflect that in your agenda.
• Color code and tag your tasks.
Assign meaningful colors to make it easier to scan your workflow for a specific group of duties visually or filter them by tags.
• See your actual tasks in a handy widget.
The minimalistic widget allows you to see your plan at a glance without opening the app.
• Stay productive wherever you go.
Taskheat uses iCloud to synchronize your projects between your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. You can pick up the latest version of your task flow on any device.
You can download and try Taskheat for free for two weeks. After that, you can either purchase a full version or access your data in a read-only mode. It is a single purchase for all devices and NOT a subscription.
Our team continuously improves Taskheat to make it even better. Feel free to reach us at [email protected] and on Twitter (@taskheat). Share your feedback or ask any questions. We are always happy to assist you.

Stay tuned and good luck reaching your accomplishments!

Taskheat Reviews

The best

The user interface is awesome. What is missing from all others. Imported from OmniFocus to SEE relationships. It can get slow with many many stuff though but it’s getting better. It doesn’t crash anymore so that’s good. And I started from scratch instead of importing 1,100+ tasks within 60+ projects.

Looks good!

Looks good one purchase for all latforms.

Great app. It simplifies the chaos that is my task list.

I really enjoy using this app. Would recommend to friends who like using flowcharts to organize task lists. This app would be even better if it had a browser accessible version. I’ve so far been using this app to track my one off personal tasks and also my personal habits.

It's OK

Recently revisiting. It's a handy app for tasks; however, I am seeing no way to reorder items under headings. Drag & Drop does not work. Frustrating...

Great application on desktop; however, I am not able to connect tasks with Apple Pencil or touch input.

New update fixed some

JonH2O on

It is still really slow but my data magically reappeared after the last update broek the app. IT STILL QUITS UNEXPECTEDLY very often. Like just a simple tasks of dragging to link tasks together will make the app "quit unexpectedly" The spinny wheel (the gray one not the rainbow one) still never stops at the Star icon project title Still doesn't let me rearrange tasks in either FlowChart or List. I can link prerequesites etc. but I cant sort the top task, it just makes a long list

This app is terrible

MF44SRQ on

No sorting of tasks. Flowchart puts the tasks where ever it wants and you cannot move them. Linking is hit or miss. Import is terrible. I defined the links between tasks in the CSV file and it ignores them. STAY AWAY!!!

Good but...

A little jittery and kind of explodes if I add too many connections, or try and connect two paths that are too far apart on the tree, which I need. Still good though.

App doesn’t work as intended

The simplest thing as adding a new task doesn’t work correctly because the layout just goes crazy not showing new information. When it does work, navigation is start tripping. The idea is great but execution need a lot of work. I paid for this app and see potential but developer/s need to put in that work.
