Let’s start with the app: - Pop ups which take you to another page so you lose what you were already browsing. - app crashes in between so you lose what you were browsing - filter selections can’t be saved so if your app has crashed, all that’s gone too - won’t show previous order history, just because - very outdated app UI with pop ups and opening screens Fulfillment of orders: - in the span of the last 3 months, I have received at least 5-6 orders with wrong items (incorrect colors or sizes, sometimes just a different product altogether) - return of these wrong items is problematic because the pick-up personnel throws a tantrum and won’t take them back - you’re stuck with the wrong item for weeks to no end and wont even get a refund for it so you are also out of money now - the CS is not proactive in helping you find a resolution Probably the only thing I like about TataCLiQ is it’s collection and association with Tata. Otherwise it’s totally inefficient compared to its competitors.

Tata CLiQ App is more suitable for my shopping

I had a terrible experience with supply of item from Tata Cliq - I have since then deleted the app and today I will email them to close my account. I ordered 2 photography accessories in the same order and they created 2 separate orders .... I received a bunch of emails always in sets of 2 about various stages of the order - at every stage I also received 2 SMS’s - the items had to be delivered on 03Oct - it was not delivered .... on 4th Oct I received at least 6 calls which were automated recordings .... the call continuously told me to cancel the order by pressing 1 .... I disconnected the call every time One of the 2 items was delivered on 6th or 7th Oct .... after this I called and informed the helpline that only one item was delivered. The girl was very nice and she registered my complain. What followed after was even worse .... I got an email 2 days later telling me that the second item was delivered. Then I get a series of calls with the most stupid questions .... this guy goes : “Sir have u complained that the goods are not received ? “ I said yes ..... then he asked me the stupidest question “Sir so can u tell me what is your problem” What!!??? I lost my cool

It was fantastic variety and even more awesome range however it would be useful if sub categories such as slip on, laceless etc were added in the sorting of shoes and similarly in clothes

They don't deliver orders. They give random offers and if you order, they never process. Your money remains stuck and finally they cancel order.

Other Charges are very very high. Customers will immediately stop purchases if this continues.

My order has been cancelled by tata cliq after 7 days. I ordered casio watch for 3750 rs and after sale it gets of 6750rs . Tata cliq cancelled my order by itself of 3750 and their customer care representative asked me to buy it again on 6750. If the price go up just cancel the order, thats a good tactics by tatacliq.
