Worst,Don’t buy in Tata Cliq
I have ordered a trimmer but they send me another model which is cheaper than my ordered one.But they never replace it.Even they only accept positive reviews they reject my negative reviews on their comment section.They cheat me
Unprofessional
I thought that as it’s Tata brand the services would be outstanding. But it really disappointed me . 1- I have returned a few things on the 2nd & 5th of April as they didn’t fit and was told that the refund would take 3-4 working days . Till date no refund and no information. 2- I ordered two suits which were discounted and costed Rs 1700 each for my sister-in-law and myself . But when I got the delivery there was only one suit and the delivery guy took Rs 3200 the full price for one suit and in my order history it’s showing that both the suits r delivered. Even though I spoke to the customer care I am still waiting for a response from them . I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED With TATACLIQ NEVER EXPECTED THIS From TATA . Till now I have no response from them .

Expected 15 % discount for first purchase and did not get and also icici net banking offer also denied, so I am a disappointed customer as a first user of the app.
Not intuitive
Every login asks for an OTP which is kind of irritating. Interface , search & suggestive are a decade old method.... but extremely impressive filters capability

Selling defective product
I purchased power bank of Energizer.. When checked it was working. Just switched on and connected and when mobile charging light was on I just removed and threw all packaging material and assumed that it’s working.. But when I am actually charging it’s not working you have to keep pushing charging plug then only it’s working. Then I raised request for return but they declined cause I don’t have packaging box.. It’s not big amount only 1500rs but surely for future I am not using Tata CLiQ.. How I can trust them for bigger amount product.. My message for users don’t throw your packaging box for at-least upto return period is over.. Thanks ..
Poor customer service
I have order TV and expected delivery date was 12 th Aug. Till today, it is not received and I have raised the complaint and no response from last 5 days
